From Interstate 64: Take exit 268, turn left on Mallary St, turn right on Mellon St. The American Theatre is on the left.

Airport

Closest airports to contest site are Norfolk International (ORF) - 14 miles, Newport News Williamsburg International (PHF) - 15.5 miles, Richmond International (RIC) - 73 miles.

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership please be sure to register before 2/11/17. Membership information can be found on www.ocbonline.com
A current OCB membership number will be required at registration.
Divisions

A "crossover" is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Figure Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Figure Open division and compete in it as well. Crossovers between the Figure, Bikini and Women’s Physique categories are not permitted. Crossovers between Men’s Physique and Bodybuilding are also not permitted.

Awards for top five placements in each class will be awarded. Overall awards given in divisions with more than one class.

ALL COMPETITORS WILL BE TESTED PRIOR TO STEPPING ON STAGE.

**(This is for backstage only. Seat in the auditorium must be purchased separately. Show is live streamed throughout the building.)

Only one assistant per competitor is allowed backstage. Assistant must purchase a Trainers Pass and have it displayed at all times.
Some light weights and mirrors will be available backstage. The product Dream Tan is not permitted at the contest site.

Polygraph testing for all competitors $50 to be paid in cash to the polygraph examiner at the time of testing.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB Drug Testing Guideline in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review these procedures and the list of banned substances, which are posted on www.OCBonline.com.

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. Photo identification must be shown prior to polygraph tests. Any competitor not polygraph tested will be subject to disqualification.

Polygraph Test is by appointment only at the host hotel listed below. Athletes will be emailed a link at least two weeks prior to the show to schedule an appointment online.
* ALL Pro-Qualified Athletes must submit to, and give a urine sample immediately after stepping off stage.

Prejudging

Men's Division (Men's Bodybuilding & Men's Physique) 10:00am:
All men’s division group comparisons will be done followed by a 15 minute intermission, then individual presentations and awards.


Women's Division (Figure, Bikini, & Women's Physique) 4:00pm:
All women’s division group comparisons will be done followed by a 15 minute intermission, then individual presentations and awards.

Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique routines and Figure/Bikini/Men’s Physique stage walks should last no more than 60 seconds. Competitors are to supply own music for individual presentations on CD with no profanity (if burning music to CD on a computer, please test it afterwards on a regular CD player to ensure it works outside the PC platform). Bring music to Friday evening registration. Costume/props are permitted for Bodybuilding and Physique but are not allowed for Figure or Bikini.
